Conference Calling Frequently Asked Questions:

1) Q: Do I have to make a reservation with my Meet-Me On Demand account?

A: No. Your Meet-Me On Demand Conferencing account is completely reservation less, so can use your 800 number and pass code at anytime—24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

2) Q: What do I give to my participants so they can join me on my conference call?

A: Simply distribute the 800 number and the 'participant' pass code to whomever you would like to have on your conference call.

3) Q: Why do I have a toll number with my account?

A: The toll number is for attendees from who want to join the conference call from an international territory. Specific 800 numbers by country are also available at your request.

4) Q: What is a Moderator pass code?

A: This is the personal pass code assigned to the person moderating the call. It allows the moderator to access the ‘leader’ conference management features.

5) Q: Does a moderator have to be on a call first to start the conference?

A: Our system is set up to 'wait for moderator' before a conference begins.  However, upon request your account can be configured to allow a call to begin without a moderator being present.

6) Q: I'm still not clear on some of the features and services, is there a charge for any additional training?

A: No! You will be assigned a dedicated account manager. As your go-to person, he or she will train you on products, services, and features—at no extra charge. For assistance, call us at 1.877.434.9069.

7) Q: How long does it take to get started?

A: It’s easy; we will provide you with a “Quick Start Guide”, giving you a moderator and participant pin code that can allows immediate access to your own conference bridge.

8) Q: Can I record my conference call for future playback?

A: Yes you can! By pressing “*2” you can begin recording a conference and use it for future staff training and replaying for participants unable to be on the call.
